Classes are 45 to 50 minutes once a week for 8 weeks, 4:00-4:50.
Classes taught by teacher/ literacy expert, Keena Melville, M.A. and MFT/drama therapist, Liz McDonough, who have decades of combined experience working with autism.
What better way for students to gain self awareness than to journey to the depths of their miraculous brains! Led by Liz, Keena and their animal tour guides, students will explore the brain's role in learning, memory, emotions, imagination and planning. This lively experiential class combines drama, science and social-emotional learning as it provides a foundation for emotional regulation.

Ages 11-13 and 14-17
We interrupt your browsing with an important Puppet Service Announcement! Essential developmental milestones such as expressing feelings, emotional problem-solving, and empathy can all be targeted through social puppets shows. And its a fun non-threatening way for your child to make new friends!

Keena and Liz are committed to bringing autism education around the world. One aspect of this mission is laying the groundwork for our students to become neuro-ambassadors. Creating a virtual space where students of different neuro-types and cultures can play, learn and make lasting connections is the long-term vision. We were serious when we said we wanted to give our students the world.! This program is inspired by Dr. Pamela Wolfberg's Integrated Play Group Model (R)
